Another time it might be a good idea to have a 28" high Cart is if you have a very large monitor. If you place a large monitor at 35", you may find that it feels too high, so the 28" Cart could be a better choice. How much weight can the cart hold? I have lots and lots of equipment. Are the shelves'' heights adjustable? Yes they are!! The legs of the Carts have holes at 1" intervals, which allows you place a shelf wherever you may need. The lowest you can place a shelf is 9" from the floor, and you can put shelves all the way to the top of the Cart if you want.
